All poster sessions will take place in the Crown Center Exhibit Hall which is connected in the mezzanine level of the Sheraton. Poster sessions are scheduled during two time slots: Thursday, September 20, 1:00-2:30pm and Saturday, September 22, 12:15-2:00 pm. During this time, the presenter should be available to answer questions and discuss the poster. Please look at the online schedule to determine which day your poster session is scheduled for. You will receive one final email before the conference with a space map showing numbers and a map of tables for the poster session.
Thursday presenters may choose to leave their poster up for conference attendees to view until mid-day Friday, when they should remove it. Saturday presenters may choose to mount their poster early, on mid-day Friday. If you choose to mount your poster instead on Thursday or Saturday, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to set up your poster. This is a VISUAL presentation so keep it simple and legible and use headings and lettering that is visible from a distance.
Your display area will consist of the following:
- A 4’x8’ bulletin board. Push pins will be available to mount your poster.
- A 6’ folding table for you to place handouts or other materials. If you bring handouts, prepare your materials BEFORE the conference. JCLC will not make copies.
- Due to costs, we will be unable to provide any access to electrical outlets. If you bring a laptop, it must run on battery alone.
